I’m Jo Denvir, your independent Gold Coast buyers agent, dedicated to helping clients navigate the Gold Coast property market with clarity, strategy, and confidence.
With more than 20 years’ experience as a CEO and senior executive, I’ve led multi-million-dollar organisations focused on helping people find homes. This has included delivering residential communities and specialist housing, as well as overseeing large-scale property portfolios. I’ve also co-owned a commercial building refurbishment company with my husband and have been responsible for teams of over 200 staff. These experiences have shaped my deep understanding of what makes a property truly work. It’s not just about price or design. It’s about how well it fits someone’s life, family, and future.
Along the way, I’ve personally bought, renovated and sold multiple properties across different cities and countries. I know how to spot potential, what renovations are worth doing, and just as importantly, what makes a house feel liveable for real people.
Before officially launching Jo Denvir Gold Coast Buyers Agent, I supported several friends and relocating families on a pro bono basis, helping them shortlist, evaluate, and secure homes on the Coast. Those early experiences refined my process and confirmed my passion for providing trusted, client-focused advice.
I now live on the Gold Coast and work exclusively in this market. When I returned with my family during COVID, I experienced the challenges of buying from a distance and chose to work with a buyer’s agent myself. That firsthand insight reinforced just how valuable it is to have a trusted expert on the ground, someone who can cut through the noise, act quickly, and protect your interests at every step.
Today, as a fully licensed buyer’s agent, I offer that same support to my clients. I combine strategic property insight with local knowledge and one-on-one personal service.
