  • I represent you, the buyer. I don’t sell property, and I don’t work for vendors or developers. My job is to protect your interests, help you secure the right property, and remove the stress from the process — whether you're buying from across the street or across the world.

  • Not at all. In fact, most of my clients are based interstate or overseas. I live and work locally and act as your trusted eyes and ears on the ground, handling inspections, walk-throughs, and negotiations on your behalf.

  • I work with clients buying prestige homes, lifestyle properties, downsizer residences, and long-term investments — typically $1.5M and above. If you’re looking for clarity and support buying a quality property, I can help.

  • No. Our first conversation is complimentary. It’s a chance to understand what you’re looking for and see if we’re the right fit.

  • Ideally, as early as possible — especially if you're relocating or haven’t narrowed down your suburb shortlist yet. But if you’ve already found a property, I can step in to assess, negotiate, or bid on your behalf.
